Poor service We dropped off our cars to swap our tires from winter to summer. When I got our cars back the low tire pressure lights were on in both cars. The dealership said that happens some times and it will turn off on your drive home. Guess what, both cars still have their warning lights on. Time to look for a new dealer. Charged for a diagnostic check but didn't get anything done I have had previous positive experiences with this dealership, but was frustrated with my experience on this occasion. I went in for a diagnostic chec I have had previous positive experiences with this dealership, but was frustrated with my experience on this occasion. I went in for a diagnostic check to assess the reason for warning lights going on at random, and they did the hour's worth of work before contacting me to say that they wouldn't go any further until/unless I had my after-market remote starter removed-- at which point they would start the diagnostic check over and charge me again even before doing any work. I would've liked to have the information beforehand that this would be a possibility, or have had the charge waived since nothing was accomplished. Tyler was understanding and empathetic once this issue was realized, but more could've been done to attend to my dissatisfaction. More
