This engine has only 46,000 miles on it and the oil light NEVER came on. Surely there is a better way to approach this problem. I do not understand how it can need a new engine!!! What is going on? We recently developed a problem with the power windows and locks not operating properly, or at all. Subaru fit us in quickly, arranged a free loaner car, (a beautiful black 2020 Crosstrek!), diagnosed and fixed the problem, and a pleasant surprise, reminded us that it was still under the 36,000 mile, 3-year warranty. No charge. Andrew, our advisor, was friendly and professional, and everyone was Covid-19 safe. This kind of service will keep us in a Subaru for years to come. More
