First time disappointed Normally I have nothing but the highest praise for the service at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. Yesterday that was not the case. I went in because Normally I have nothing but the highest praise for the service at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. Yesterday that was not the case. I went in because my tire light went on- yet again- and I needed air and to have the tires checked. I ended up getting a needed oil change and some other minor repairs that were noticed during the vehicle inspection. When the work was done I was informed that they couldn't add air to the tires because they had green caps and were therefore filled with nitrogen rather than standard air. I questioned this, and that began a long back and forth. Finally, I googled it on own and discovered that there was no harm in adding regular air. By then my car was already in the lot but they brought it back in to add air. I am making this sound simpler than it actually was! I suspect it was primarily a communication issue more than anything, but I have to say it did leave me a bit frustrated and also doubtful of the work that was done. I consider this a "fluke" but did feel this need to report it. More

Every experience has been great - they go above and beyond at every opportunity. This latest mid-pandemic visit was no exception. It was clear they'd gone to great lengths to protect their customers and their employees: contactless pickup/dropoff, masks, gloves. In spite of the obstacles, it was completely in line with the excellent service I've come to expect from them. Highly recommend! More
My engine light started coming on after I took my car for fixing a while ago. It was getting annoying so I went yesterday to have it checked and had my oil changed but it wasn’t fixed. I’m disappointed but I have to look for a qualified mechanic elsewhere to see if they can help me get it fixed. It’s a shame because I always bring my car here to be fixed but a simple light cannot be reset. More
