Brake job clean surroundings. Service staff was professional. Loaner car process was okay. Took a little longer than would have liked to get approved and lea clean surroundings. I don't like the topping off of the gas tank on the loaner. I only went 15 miles. I only used the loaner because I didn't want to stay at the dealership during the virus. What a hassle to top off the gas tank. Why don't you just charge a minimum of 1 gallon of gas and if they go over 25 - 30 miles just charge a $3 increment per every 25-30 miles. More

They did the service well, but there seems to be confusion over who your service advisor is. I had two, and the one who did the most talking to me kept coming in to the reception area announcing my confusion over who your service advisor is.
