They sprayed and wiped down door handles, steering wheel, and other touched items—even more than the normal respectful attention. As always my service experience was wonderful. In regards to our current situation with the pandemic I found it good to see employees cleaning however the one young lady who was doing it needs educating. Whi to our current situation with the pandemic I found it good to see employees cleaning however the one young lady who was doing it needs educating. While I was sitting there I observed her spray a table top and walk on. That was it no wipe just left them wet. She also needs to get chair backs. The young man did a really good job. I liked that I didn’t have to sign or touch anything to complete my business. More of your employees coming into the waiting area need to wear masks while entering that area. As always thank you.
