Check in was good. Waited for my appointment to be done. Service assistant never came out to go over my questions with me. Since I checked in with someone else since he was MIA. Disappointed after 15 mins of waiting went to the cashier asked if my papers where there since he never called my name. They were in the filling cabinet.
