service center brought my car in for a recall which was done. they also reccommeded rotating tires and oil change which I authorized. I also asked them to fix the date and time on my clock which have been wrong since they replaced my radio system. This was not done. It took 5 returns to your service department to replace my radio! when I got in my car I turned my lights on. the dashboard light did not show my headlights were on. I talked to 2 men who stated my lights were on but weren't concerned I could not tell this on my dashboard despite me explaining this several times. then a lovely young asian woman walked over to my car, listened to my concerns and was able to tell me why my dash light was not showing and fixed it with a turn of a dial. My experience in your facility is the men do not take me seriously. This is very disappointing, this is also evidenced by my 5 trips to your service center to get a radio and navigation system that worked. Only Scott in service ever listened to me. Lynn Jensen More

The service department is somehow actively pleasant. I actually look forward to getting service done, which I wasn’t aware was even possible. I feel good knowing that good work is being done on my vehicle actually look forward to getting service done, which I wasn’t aware was even possible. I feel good knowing that good work is being done on my vehicle, and that I’m being kept in the loop. This past visit, they gave me a free loaner car overnight to sleuth out a weird noise in the morning. It turned out to be a simple fix, which they took care of free. Just really fair, personable people doing a great job taking care of your car. Highly recommend. More
