I typically am not the person in my household responsible for bringing the car to the shop. So I was a bit nervous about where to go and what to do. The work done was done appropriately. But it is not what I brought my car in for. I wanted the service department to check on the new clutch which was installed by Bloomington Acura/Subar But it is not what I brought my car in for. I wanted the service department to check on the new clutch which was installed by Bloomington Acura/Subaru within a year ago. They determined that there was no problem, after having 3 service providers test-drive my car. It was only after the Service Coordinator did another test drive that he finally concurred that something was not operating correctly. But by then, it was too late to anything about it. I felt that my concerns over my vehicle were not validated. To their credit, Lisa Mullenberg called me a few days later to follow up on my less than positive experience. More

I was asked to drive over an hour round trip back to the dealership to return someone’s keys that were left in the loaner car I was given while simultaneously being asked to return the car with a full tank dealership to return someone’s keys that were left in the loaner car I was given while simultaneously being asked to return the car with a full tank of gas the following day. All while needing the loaner car after my brand new Outback died 3 times under 1000 miles. More
