Bottom line, car dealer service will never be good for me, it’s a trust issue and it’s all about the $, not about fairness and quality. I brought the car in at 11:am on Tuesday and didn’t get it back me, it’s a trust issue and it’s all about the $, not about fairness and quality. I brought the car in at 11:am on Tuesday and didn’t get it back until wed late afternoon. It was there for a wheel alignment an also a rough idle. The applied a TSB for the rough idle, which didn’t fix the problem and did not align the wheels as their magic machine said everything was in the green. Note, I was requesting an alignment because the left rear Tire was being worn from Toe in issues, the left rear wheel is close to being out of specks but they chose to do nothing about that except get the drivers side floor mat so dirty that I had to shampoo it upon returning home. I will now have to pay another shop for a real alignment because I’m having to replace the tires after only 33k miles and that left rear wheel is the cause of my noisy tire ware. Car dealers and me are not a match More

Friendly, professional, fast, and safe I visited Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru on July 1, 2020, to have routine scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) performed on my vehicl I visited Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru on July 1, 2020, to have routine scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) performed on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and professional, and all of them were wearing face masks (in response to the COVID-19 pandemic). I also observed the chairs and tables in the lounge being carefully sanitized, and physical distancing was maintained throughout my time there. The service was completed quickly and I could tell that any surfaces inside my vehicle that had been touched by the technicians (primarily for driving it out to the parking lot) had been sanitized as well. All of this was done as standard practice, not by special request or in response to any unique needs of mine. In these strange times it's nice to know that businesses such as this one can be counted on to serve their customers well, treat them kindly, and keep them safe. More
