Couldn't diagnose my problem and blamed me for the issue I bought a new car at this dealership a few years ago and on the drive home had the indicator light go on for low tire pressure. I filled it myself a I bought a new car at this dealership a few years ago and on the drive home had the indicator light go on for low tire pressure. I filled it myself and thought nothing more. A few days later I had the same problem. I alerted the dealership and was sent to the service center. They told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. A few days later the indicator light went on again so I returned to the service center and they told me nothing was wrong with the tire. They also told me I was overfilling all the other tires even though I hadn't touched them since the purchase. They also told me this was happening because it was winter (although that didn't explain why only 1 tire was being affected by the cold weather). This cycle of me having problems with the same tire and them telling me there was no problem went on for months. I filed complaints with the service center, the dealer manager and corporate Subaru and never got a single response. I had dealer and Subaru customer service people calling me to check on my happiness with the new car (part of their standard process - not knowing I had a problem) who I told my problems to and nothing happened. Finally after many, many visits and wasted hours of my personal time they sent the wheel frame itself for a special test and determined there was a pin hole in the body of the wheel. The wheel was replaced for free but there was never an acknowledgement of failure on the part of the service center or an apology for all my wasted time and the accusations they made against me. I will never buy from this dealership again nor will I ever buy another Subaru. I also try to take my service center needs someplace else. Their customer service is a joke. More

gift card was not honored for full value I spent $1,000 on tires during your Fall Tire Event, I was given a gift card with a value of $100. When I went to use it last week they said there was I spent $1,000 on tires during your Fall Tire Event, I was given a gift card with a value of $100. When I went to use it last week they said there was only $70 odd dollars on the gift card. I don't see how that could have happened. The cashiers looked up my account and saw that I had not been in or had any visits since I purchased the tires, nor could they explain how that could have happened. I'd really like to know what happened. More
