Overall ok. I have a leak on one of my tires. My husband requested the tires to be fixed and he was told it was to cost $30. We spent $2200 to fix our car on this visit. The only thing I didn't get a clear recommendation on is what to do with the heat shield on the catalytic converter. It's loose and is rattling and I asked if someone could look at it. One simple fix (I found on YouTube) is just to clamp the existing shield it down with metal clamps. The person I worked with was familiar with that possible solution, too. However, when it came time to check out, he said the technician didn't think clamp(s) would work. At that point, it would have been nice to understand my options. I realize this is not necessarily within the scope of the express service. Perhaps another technician would need to look at it and suggest the solution. He did offer to set up an appointment to look closer at this problem. Not a big deal, though. More

Bloomington Subaru got me in and out safely in less time than estimated. The only thing better they need to do is note my headlight setting (automatic) when I come in and make sure they put them back when than estimated.
