Staff was friendly and attentive, and the work was done quickly. I would have appreciated more information about the details and restrictions that come along with receiving a loaner vehicle however. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Drive-up service is convenient. Learned of a recall. Happy to get it fixed. Was additionally frustrated by the markup of what the retail price of a filter and the dealer price of the same filter. I'd be happy to let you change the filters at a fair profit, but the markups make me feel taken advantage of. I opted to do it myself. Went to the auto parts store, had curbside pickup of the filter and changed it in less than 5 minutes. More
