In for diagnosis/repair of front end vibration. Service rep was most congenial. The visit was a failure. I Was told I should get new tires and an alignment. I had done that just weeks earlier. Great service - my window issue was discovered by the guy disinfecting my car after a warranty visit. I scheduled the window fix and they provided a loaner car free of charge. Went in for warranty repair. Excellent customer service. They set me up with a rental car free of charge and fixed the issue under warranty.
