Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru - Service Center

Went in for and oil change, tire rotation. During the general inspection I was told that both the engine air filter and cabin air filter were dirty enough to recommend being replaced. I decided to replac general inspection I was told that both the engine air filter and cabin air filter were dirty enough to recommend being replaced. I decided to replace just the engine air filter. That replacement was way overpriced at $50. Buying the filter at the local auto parts store costs just $20 and can be installed on my own. An air filter replacement (plus the cost of disposal and labor) should not cost $50! Other than that pricing issue, the service was really good, and my car is enjoying the new engine oil:) More

Service check in was smooth and simple. Was a little disappointed that when I selected the dent repair option, I was thinking it could be done at the time of my appointment. I was informed that the guy disappointed that when I selected the dent repair option, I was thinking it could be done at the time of my appointment. I was informed that the guy that does the dent repairs is not located at the dealer. So I cancelled that portion of my service and will do it at a later time. At the end of the service, the sanitizing of my car was a nice touch. However the person went overboard with the spraying and got lots of the sanitizer on the inside of my windshield on the driver's side. Made the windshield hazy and dirty, annoying to drive with till I got home and could use windex to clean it. More
