I bought my first Subaru gently used from a non-Subaru dealership. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed so I brought it to the Subaru dealership closest to my house. SkyLynn happened dealership. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed so I brought it to the Subaru dealership closest to my house. SkyLynn happened to be my service advisor for that first appointment and just crushed it from the start. Since my first experience I've had it back for maintenance a few additional times. Each time I simply text SkyLynn and she has responded very quickly, even a few times where she was not working, just to tell me she was away but would follow up when back in the office. Absolutely every experience I've had with SkyLynn has been exceptional. I am in the technical service industry as well and have always felt I am an ambassador for my company and the experience a customer has with me, significantly impacts their view of our company. This is true with my experience with SkyLynn; her professionalism and empathy for her customers reflects very highly on Bloomington Subaru as a whole! You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee in SkyLynn! Great service, great experience! Wasn't planning to rent a car - but ended up needing one for a few days. Randy was phenomenal.
