They were friendly, helpful, and costumer oriented. The car was very dirty upon trade in, although it was detailed and the cleanliness was improved, it still needed cleaning due to stains on the ceilin The car was very dirty upon trade in, although it was detailed and the cleanliness was improved, it still needed cleaning due to stains on the ceiling and stuff on the dash, cup holder, and shifter after it was sold to me.
