Bought my car new from BAC and was just in yesterday for my first service: oil change and tire rotation. My husband has no issues, but every time (6 times now) I take the car in, it either costs me more than they quote my husband or takes WAY longer than intially q has no issues, but every time (6 times now) I take the car in, it either costs me more than they quote my husband or takes WAY longer than intially quoted to me. The last straw: scheduled an appt for an oil change and after checking me in and letting me sit in the lobby for 30 min, they come over and tell me my appt isn't until 3 days from then.
