Had a very good experience with Bloomington Subasu. We went into the dealership knowing exactly what car, color and package we wanted. Bloomington did not have one in stock. Paul, our sales person when to went into the dealership knowing exactly what car, color and package we wanted. Bloomington did not have one in stock. With the help of the sales manage Paul was able to find 2 in the country. The first one we when after was not available. I worked with a number of people at Bloomington Subaru. My first visit was with Bronwyn, she took me through the different trim levels and the colors that were available. He even suggested that we go to the Honda store across the highway. So we did. We drove the Crv and it became clear to me which car we would buy. We came back and drove the Outback and as we drove back to the dealership I was thinking, I wonder how many test drives at the Honda store close sales at the Subaru store. Then I got on line and went to work. It became very clear to me who was working for our business. I got on the Costco web site and made two phone calls.
