Good sales experience at Bloomington Subaru I checked out my employer's employee buying service to see which local Subaru dealers it worked with and what kind of prices I could expect. I inadvertently sent out a request to a pair of Subaru dealers before I intended to. Both answered, but Dylan Duffy of Bloomington Subaru answered first. He quickly quoted me good prices and was ready to reserve a car for me. After taking a couple of days to choose a color and options, my wife and I got in touch with Dylan again and reserved a Crosstrek hybrid. The car was ready to be picked up about a week later. We spent about 2.5 hours at the dealership. We traded in a 2004 Outback, so part of the time was spent in checking out the old car. Also, the dealership was quite busy that night. However, everyone was very solicitous and offered us comfortable chairs and coffee. Once Dylan was freed up and had seen to the processing of our trade-in, we completed the paperwork and Dylan gave us a thorough tutorial on the new car, particularly its electronics. He synched my cell phone with the car and even ran me through the process of adding a couple of phone numbers in the car's speed dial. All in all it was an enjoyable experience that left us with a good impression of the dealership and particularly of Dylan. More
