I am a 24 year old college graduate and this was my first experience working with a car dealer so, naturally, I was a little hesitant going in. But after working with Dylan Duffy, I am feeling great about my new ride and my new dealership! Dylan provided excellent customer service in the following ways 1. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, the Subaru industry, etc., and has great intuition when working with his clients; he addressed all of my questions and concerns in timely fashion 2. He went to bat for me with my monthly payment, providing me with a variety of workable payment plans to choose from 3. He was so considerate and willing to go the extra 20 miles. He even met up with me on one of his off-days to hand me the keys and teach me how to setup my bluetooth. What a guy! Thanks so much, Dylan. You rock! More

We have purchased vehicles from Bloomington Acura before and knew we wanted to go back again. Michael Rappaport was our sales person who helped us and we could not have been happier working with him! Mike listened to what we were thinking about and looking for in a new "used" car and then proceeded to tell us and show us what they had for us. They allowed us to test drive many cars which really aided us in our decision. Even though it took us a few visits to the dealership and lot to finally make our final decision, Mike was always there to help us and answer our questions. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and not "hurried" to make our decision. We finally decided on a 2010 Mazda3 Sport that they had on their lot. Even though it wasn't an Acura product,, which we own for our other vehicle (and LOVE it!), we felt it was the best choice for us at the time. Mike made the purchasing procedure simple and easy, and even after the purchase a few months ago, Mike is still in contact with us to make sure everything is okay with our new "used" car we bought. We love both the vehicles we have purchased from Bloomington Acura, a 2002 Acura MDX and the 2010 Mazda3. The people and the service at this dealership is top notch. I was very happy with my experience here, possibly mostly because I had a knowledgeable, patient, and non-pushy female sales rep. Outside of our specific sales person, we had helpful, and encouraging emails from other support staff at Subaru as well.
