While Jacob worked on the paperwork, (he is another great employee) Mike showed me how to program the music stations and set up my cell phone with a test call. He said to return at any time with questions on GPS or other new features I needed help with. When I came back two days later he showed me more technology to help me get started. Buying a new Legacy I bought my second car at the Subaru dealership in January. Even though it took me two and a half months of waiting to get it, it was worth. The only complain I have that it took too long ( 3hours) to pick up the car. It was a very long and tiring experience. I couldn't retain much what was explained and showed to me about my new Legacy. I was greeted personally by phone from Mike, who told me to come on in. He had the Envoy ready and waiting for me right at the door (not out in the lot somewhere). I loved it and Mike got me rolling in the process to take it home. Average wait time, as I know its a lengthy process. I had one issue during the test drive, and Mike made an appt this week to get it rectified. Its all done and Awesome! Mike made EVERY aspect of it quite painless!
