Too much money for the same things I enjoyed in my MDX (tech package, nab, sound system etc...) I went to Acura as I had always thought about possibly replacing my MDX with the slightly smaller RDX. Needless to say the road test was like coming home. It was a quiet, comfortable ride. What really was the selling point was the accommodating staff and. in particular, the understanding and incredibly patient sales person Michael Rappaport. I am a difficult buyer to say the least. He seemed to understand what my constraints were and managed to work within them. I walked away with a nearly new car (2015 with some mileage) and the full support of staff there from the financial man who didn't"handle" me to the service staff that followed up with great detail as to some of the concerns I had. This was, by far, the best experience I had in buying a vehicle. What really sealed it was afterwards. Great attention to making sure the packages I wanted were applied to the vehicle. I now enjoy a vehicle that has, for me, the stability and comfort I always enjoyed in Acura. Kudos to you Michael and the staff at Bloomington Acura Subaru. I look forward to years of service and, when the time comes, the same wonderful guidance in purchasing yet another Acura. More

Mike spent time showing me all the upgrades on the car that I might not have noticed & took as much time as I needed. While Jacob worked on the paperwork, (he is another great employee) Mike showed me how to program the music stations and set up my cell phone with a test call. He said to return at any time with questions on GPS or other new features I needed help with. When I came back two days later he showed me more technology to help me get started. Good car-buying experience! This is the 4th car my family has purchased from this dealership. More

I was real comfortable with the price I paid. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make money off of me but was actually concerned with my well being. The lobby was nice and comfortable, I felt right at home. I hadn't bought from a dealership in many years and I must say I have a better outlook on dealerships now. He never made us feel pressured and when we went for a test drive was very organized and had the vehicle ready to go. The dealership itself was great as well. Each individual we came in contact with was knowledgable and eager to assist in answering questions. Never once did we feel pressured. In the end we ended up with a vehicle perfect for us. More

Buying a new Legacy I bought my second car at the Subaru dealership in January. Even though it took me two and a half months of waiting to get it, it was worth. The only complain I have that it took too long ( 3hours) to pick up the car. It was a very long and tiring experience. I couldn't retain much what was explained and showed to me about my new Legacy.
