Mike spent time showing me all the upgrades on the car that I might not have noticed & took as much time as I needed. While Jacob worked on the paperwork, (he is another great employee) Mike showed me how to program the music stations and set up my cell phone with a test call. He said to return at any time with questions on GPS or other new features I needed help with. When I came back two days later he showed me more technology to help me get started. Good car-buying experience! This is the 4th car my family has purchased from this dealership. More

I was real comfortable with the price I paid. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make money off of me but was actually concerned with my well being. The lobby was nice and comfortable, I felt right at home. I hadn't bought from a dealership in many years and I must say I have a better outlook on dealerships now. Buying a new Legacy I bought my second car at the Subaru dealership in January. Even though it took me two and a half months of waiting to get it, it was worth. The only complain I have that it took too long ( 3hours) to pick up the car. It was a very long and tiring experience. I couldn't retain much what was explained and showed to me about my new Legacy. They worked with us to give us a good deal and the service was excellent. The car we purchased was used, but it was certified by the dealership. They repaired the items we raised when we were looking at the car - and they were very flexible and quick. More
Great Customer Service buying my Envoy! I was in need of a newer vehicle (not by choice) Did a little online hunting and contacted dealership to come test it out. I was greeted personally by phone from Mike, who told me to come on in. He had the Envoy ready and waiting for me right at the door (not out in the lot somewhere). I loved it and Mike got me rolling in the process to take it home. Average wait time, as I know its a lengthy process. I had one issue during the test drive, and Mike made an appt this week to get it rectified. Its all done and Awesome! Mike made EVERY aspect of it quite painless! It was def a different experience from other dealerships I have purchased from! Will recommend any time! And whenever I buy again will look their way. Thank you. More
