No selling, she listened, heard me, showed she cares about what she does, gave me the time needed to test drive all vehicles of interest. I made a call to the dealership as soon as I noticed that a new MDX was on the lot. I spoke to Tai Danh who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. We went in that night to look at the car and the experience was the same. The prices were competitive along with what they offered us for a trade in. I have bought several cars in the past but this was my first car buying experience that was truly enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend Bloomington Acura and especially Tai Danh. More

Shirl Lee, my sales associate couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about my 2015 Outback that I purchased. She took the time to introduce me to Noah, the new car sales manager, and between the two of them they worked to find me my Outback. They both stayed in contact so I knew when my car would arrive, and were there and assisted me in the delivery. Jake, in the business end, handled all of my paperwork, and had me in and out without skipping a beat. Jake made sure I knew and understood all my financing options to make the best choice possible. I asked about the Subaru and purchasing one. I asked about when I could get the best deal. They were very honest and told me, there was no deal to be had. There was no inventory. If I wanted to buy now that was great, but if I wanted to wait, that would be great too. The problem was, they couldn't keep them in stock. Even so, they marked $4,000 off of the price when all was said and done. They did that just because they appreciated my business. Wonderful people are difficult to find. And, this dealership has the most. More
