Technician Diagnosed Problem Incorrectly Brought vehicle in on 5/26/17 a for thumping sound under front of vehicle. Technician diagnosed problem as front wheel bearing , which would cost $800 Brought vehicle in on 5/26/17 a for thumping sound under front of vehicle. Technician diagnosed problem as front wheel bearing , which would cost $800-1800 to repair, depending on whether both front wheels needed the same repair. The service adviser then told me that in addition to fixing the thumping noise there were about $4,000 of other repairs recommended. What set off alarm bells is that in those other repairs was replacement of the radiator, which they had replaced 3 months earlier! I paid $150 for the inaccurate service, and took my vehicle to a Paramount Service Center. They discovered that it was loose lug nuts on a front wheel, and charged me $25. No thumping sound after that. Conclusion: beware of what they try and charge you at Bloomington Subaru for service. More

There was no stress or pressure from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I had time to look about a bit before I was approached by the salesperson. They offered to answer any questions at just the right time. I didn't feel pressured by Joe to buy a car at all. Joe was very good about laying out my options, then listening to me explain what I want/needed. There was no attempt to oversell me an any options, accessories or optional service packages. It was clear that Joe was listening to me, he actually kept me on track and helped convince me I was making the right choice when I was tempted to spend more just to get an added feature. (I would have regretted choosing the more expensive model option within an hour of purchasing the car. ) The manager (Dylan) who worked with me on the finance aspect of the car was very helpful explaining my options for service packages and finance choices. He made it very clear how my final cost and monthly payment would look depending on what choices I made for physical car accessories and service packages. The dealership even set up a follow up appointment for me to come back and ask questions about any features I didn't understand or had problems with, and show me how things worked that I was confused about. For my trouble to come back in to discuss the recent purchase I was given a free gas card, worth $50. I am very satisfied with my experience. More

On my first visit I came in and test drove the car, she quickly detailed the packages I was looking at, provided pricing, answered my questions and provided a brochure. The conversation felt like friends or acquaintances sharing knowledge. Not opinionated, pushy or too techy. We exchanged a couple emails and I came back in, had my trade in evaluated and we reached an agreement as to vehicle/pricing and arranged a time the next day to complete the transaction that fit in within my schedule. From my initial on-line request until driving my new car it was less than 2 weeks. Justine respected my time and listened to my needs. She was very easy and professional to work with. I did the paper work with Dylan, he was top notch also. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. More

I was going back and forth between several Acura dealers. When I stopped by to look at these cars again, there was someone in the waiting area raving about the service department. He said he had been getting his cars serviced there for years and always received the best service. He felt it was the best service area around. That sealed the deal for me. More
