On my first visit I came in and test drove the car, she quickly detailed the packages I was looking at, provided pricing, answered my questions and provided a brochure. The conversation felt like friends or acquaintances sharing knowledge. Not opinionated, pushy or too techy. We exchanged a couple emails and I came back in, had my trade in evaluated and we reached an agreement as to vehicle/pricing and arranged a time the next day to complete the transaction that fit in within my schedule.
