Great experience! Buying a new car is not something my husband and I do often so it's a big deal for us. We always buy our vehicles and have them for 10 years or more. This is our first Subaru and our first experience with this dealership and Ross made everything easy. I mean that in a very positive way. He was never pushy and always happy to answer all my questions. I actually took a couple months to decide on a vehicle and met with Ross more than once before the purchase. Based on our experience with Ross I would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. Since the purchase I have stopped into the parts department to check on an accessory and also worked with somebody in service about getting it installed. The person in the parts department was great to work with as well as the service department. I'm feeling very good about all of the interactions I've had with the different people at this dealership and also really enjoying my new Forester!! More

Great Car Buying Experience I had a great experience working with Bronwyn as my salesperson. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with my repeated questions (es I had a great experience working with Bronwyn as my salesperson. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with my repeated questions (especially since I hadn't bought a car in 16 years). Dylan was also good to work with during the financing part. Best Car-Buying Experience I purchased my first Subaru at another dealership in the cities, and simply wasn't happy with the way they were now doing business. I decided to call I purchased my first Subaru at another dealership in the cities, and simply wasn't happy with the way they were now doing business. I decided to call around to a few other places, and hit the jackpot when I got Ross as my salesperson. He was responsive, not pushy, and most importantly, honest! Ross is not your typical salesperson, and that's a great thing. If you're looking for a great car-buying experience, go here, and ask for Ross! More

Technician Diagnosed Problem Incorrectly Brought vehicle in on 5/26/17 a for thumping sound under front of vehicle. Technician diagnosed problem as front wheel bearing , which would cost $800 Brought vehicle in on 5/26/17 a for thumping sound under front of vehicle. Technician diagnosed problem as front wheel bearing , which would cost $800-1800 to repair, depending on whether both front wheels needed the same repair. The service adviser then told me that in addition to fixing the thumping noise there were about $4,000 of other repairs recommended. What set off alarm bells is that in those other repairs was replacement of the radiator, which they had replaced 3 months earlier! I paid $150 for the inaccurate service, and took my vehicle to a Paramount Service Center. They discovered that it was loose lug nuts on a front wheel, and charged me $25. No thumping sound after that. Conclusion: beware of what they try and charge you at Bloomington Subaru for service. More
