I had recently got in a wreck, and staff here were not only compassionate towards my situ My first new car experience was amazing working with Nathan. I had recently got in a wreck, and staff here were not only compassionate towards my situation, but were honest and fair in helping me lease a new Subaru Impreza. Every staff member was courteous and informative about each question I had. Nathan made me feel like a part of the Luther family, and went the extra mile to show me the car in the freezing cold and rough road conditions. Service doesn't know how to torque oil drain plug to spec Oil drain plug was stripped by dealer after engine replacement. Went in again to have the bolt extracted, and the oil pan was severely dented from the Oil drain plug was stripped by dealer after engine replacement. I rarely write online reviews, but her level of service and professionalism were so exceptional that I thought I had to share. She was very respectful and the negotiation part of the buying process was fair and not drawn out. I would say that she approached the sale with honesty and integrity. Really well done. I would recommend the dealership and Justine in particular. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon when I was in the dealership and despite the activity in the dealership, she was calm and an excellent communicator. More
