My 2013 Subaru Outback needed 15k worth of repairs after 8 years. We bought an extended warranty and since day 1 had to put in 2 quarts of extra oil for every oil change because it was leaking. This was dee 8 years. We bought an extended warranty and since day 1 had to put in 2 quarts of extra oil for every oil change because it was leaking. This was deemed "normal" until we were out of warranty. Subaru is now synonymous with crap. I tell everyone I know not to fall for their low quality junk. Never again! More

The 60,000 mile check up was really great. Our service rep was incredibly kind, honest and sincere. We felt like they did their best to provide what we needed. Everyone was kind and honest about what needed to be done to my vehicle.
