Frustrating First called to setup 30k maintenance and was told no appt necessary. Showed up and told it will take 2 hours and promised it would be ready in 5 hour First called to setup 30k maintenance and was told no appt necessary. Showed up and told it will take 2 hours and promised it would be ready in 5 hours for when I needed it back. Rental guy was awesome. Never got a call - showed up at 2pm as promised and car not ready. Had to cancel other appts and wait for over an hour until car was ready. Doubt they even did their job on it. Was offered 10% off bill but plan on getting serviced elsewhere from now on. More

24,000 mile service check up I came in thinking it was just an oil change but $200 and one hour later came out with an inspection that my car passed with flying colors. Overall positive, although one issue arose I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I have not had trouble before, but this time, after I had the car home, it was leaking oil on the garage I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I have not had trouble before, but this time, after I had the car home, it was leaking oil on the garage floor, & visibly leaking after driving it. I have 2 young kids & now we will all have to schlep back for another visit, which even if I was alone would be a pain because we live 25 min away. Luther is going to fix the issue & give us a free oil change next time, so at least they’ve been understanding. As I said we’ve never had issues before, & I will continue to bring my car here. More
