Customer service is everything I have never received anything but the absolute best customer service from snacks when you have to wait to long, to thoroughness in explaining things I have never received anything but the absolute best customer service from snacks when you have to wait to long, to thoroughness in explaining things even when you have SO many questions, empathy when its bad news, little things like helping move items from the loaner car back to mine, the feeling of trust i have knowing if I cannot afford to do everything that is wrong, I will be told the most urgent issues ect....
