Not the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying anything. The communication over the 4 months of waiting for my car was basically non existent. I never received an unprompted update about the expe anything. The communication over the 4 months of waiting for my car was basically non existent. I never received an unprompted update about the expected ETA, emails would go unanswered or ignored. As for the getting the car, it was delivered with missing accessories I had ordered. Which I had to point out that they were missing while signing the paperwork. Like how the do you not notice a car is missing a trailer hitch. Overall the communication and attention to detail is at the same standard you expect from a dollar store, but the car itself is everything I was looking for More

Brought a used Audi in October. We saw it a month earlier and put a deposit down to hold it, and after waiting three times longer than originally promised, we took it home. It had s We saw it a month earlier and put a deposit down to hold it, and after waiting three times longer than originally promised, we took it home. It had several things wrong with with when we first saw it (check engine light, back of the seat was torn off, ect) and we requested all this be fixed before we picked up, which was reasonable given the price. We were provide with “documentation” addressing that all imperfections in the engine and interior were fixed. Not two days after we took it home, the engine light went on and everything went downhill. For the past three months, we have been fixing everything that was “replaced and repaired”. Not to mention, the fix for the back of the driver side seat? Duct tape. That fell off within a week. The only good thing was how clean it was. Everything that was “fixed” and checked by a mechanic, was a complete joke and used to limit negations and make us pay far more than was reasonable. I wouldn’t send anyone here. More
