They greeted me right away when I pulled in, and all of my questions were answ I came for a routine oil change and the customer service was excellent. They greeted me right away when I pulled in, and all of my questions were answered before I could even get in the car. I was given a loaner car for no extra cost, and my car was washed and completely checked over when I came to pick it up. Everything was in excellent condition. I have been waiting for more than a week for a callback The MPI showed I needed a new battery. When I brought it back two days later to have that and everything else done, they didn't replace the battery. T The MPI showed I needed a new battery. When I brought it back two days later to have that and everything else done, they didn't replace the battery. This became an issue on our vacation. I did everything right--brought my vehicle in for everything to be taken care of before a big road trip, and they let me down. I don't like having my vacation interrupted for an item that was supposed to not happen. More
