Average experiebce Dropping vehicle & getting loaner went smoothly. I was a bit frustrated that my car was not washed as usual when coming to pick it up. Another service employee took care of that right away for me. Also had to go to parts to get touch up paint requested when I dropped the vehicle, but was forgotten. I found it odd that a bag of ritz bits was missing from my car after I picked it up. More
