Before hand I called to verify that they would be covered which I was told they would be. Asked for an oil change as well as tire rotation. Service advisor told me 2 hours for everything. After two hours they called to tell me the oil change was done but they would not warranty my rotors. After speaking with the service manager John, he wouldn’t help at all. I even offered to pay for new pads. He also told me I’m “not a customer”! Horrible service!!!! Will never go to or suggest the Luther group to anyone. More

Warranty service (minor) and Love Encore visit I have been bringing my subarus to this dealer for ten years, service always seems fair and attentive. Attention and enthusiasm from service personnel I have been bringing my subarus to this dealer for ten years, service always seems fair and attentive. Attention and enthusiasm from service personnel has seemed to get even better in the past 6-12 months. They are always very attentive and friendly and thorough in their explanations. Love Encore visit was fine, Chad was enthusiastic and thorough. Most of the issues I was having are just failures of the system (navigation and car play), nothing he could do anything about, but he was able to clarify a few things. The only sub-par part of the experience is at the reception desk, where I never feel like I am getting very much consideration. I'm not sure if there's some part of the receptionist's job that is much more important, but at a desk labeled "reception" I expect to get the same level of attention and thoughtfulness that I get at the service counter, and that sure isn't my experience. More

I get understand that it is it his job, but it made a great experience uncomfortable. Quit being a car dealership and listen to the needs of your customers. More
