Honest, Efficient Sales Experience; Happy with my car! That helped them weigh features I wasn't sure if I wanted/needed, which resulted in me finding the perfect vehicle. Leasing discussion and trade-in value was fair; there was a little back-and-forth on pricing, but nothing crazy. I don't think this dealership does a lot of negotiating, but they are fair in their prices. More
Oil change and follow up regarding gift card I came in for an oil change and while I waited asked to speak with Chad, I met with him back in January 2018, I had trouble making the appointment as I came in for an oil change and while I waited asked to speak with Chad, I met with him back in January 2018, I had trouble making the appointment as soon as I wanted. I can’t recall if he was on vacation or out sick or booked up. Anyway he didn’t seem very interested in helping me understand the many features and I never received the $50 gift card I was promised. Chad gave me a number of excuses for why I won’t receive a gift card for going in to meet with him. I am not happy! More
Disappointed I took my car in because all of my error lights would randomly come on while I was driving. When I took it in the person at the Check in counter repl I took my car in because all of my error lights would randomly come on while I was driving. When I took it in the person at the Check in counter replicated the issue and in doing so completely locked up the car so you couldn't take it out of gear even after restarting it. After it was "fixed" I went to pick it up and noticed on the drive home that the plate covering the shifter was scratched and gouged up. Not in the condition I took it to them. They didn't even mention that they damaged my car when I picked it up. I had to call to get the service manager and wait for them to call me back. They finally agreed to replace the part they damaged which resulted in another trip. I purposely go to the other Subaru dealership to have work done and had this issue happened and I was in that area, I would've. So much better service at Walser! More

We drove away happy! We had been considering a new 'Subie for almost a year, but by the time circumstances were right for us, the selection was becoming limited. After fin We had been considering a new 'Subie for almost a year, but by the time circumstances were right for us, the selection was becoming limited. After finding exactly what we wanted online, I made a call to this dealership. I was connected to Justine, who confirmed both that they were a Costco outlet dealer and that they had the car. She put a hold on the car, took my information, emailed all of the car data including a copy of the window sticker, and asked that we go over the vehicle details then contact her for any questions or needs. Understand, we live 6 1/2 hours away, and none of the local dealers had what we wanted in their " areas". We had family commitments less than two hours from this dealership coming up, and although Justine offered to try to get the car closer to us, we felt it better to not complicate things further, and are VERY glad of the decision. She had the requested additions to the car in place when we arrived, the car was ready for us in all ways. Justine took over an hour going over the car with us, linking our phones, explaining the Navigation & other electronics, showing the spare tire location & how to access it and everything else, as well as helping my wife adjust the car to her. After another half hour of paperwork & the usual ( but not pushy) upsell (extended warranty, yada...) we were out the door & on our way. The car (A Forester, by the way) is FANTASTIC: we travel in a motor home and are truly spoiled by having a huge windshield to enjoy the vistas, and no vehicle near it's size can match the panoramic views from this car. We got exactly what we wanted, at a very good price, set up to our needs by some people willing to take the time to not only find out what & why we needed but to accomodate us to the best of their ability. Instead of the normal semi-cringeworthy car dealer experience, we met and were taken care of by extremely likeable and thorough people, invested in much more than just selling you something. Thanks, Justine. We'll be back! More

How to turn customers into hostages. I used to be a major advocate of the Acura brand, so much so I bought a second. After bringing in my TL for the major 100k mile service with an antici I used to be a major advocate of the Acura brand, so much so I bought a second. After bringing in my TL for the major 100k mile service with an anticipated $2,000 bill, I was floored to get a call that I needed a new oil pump because of a leak. This car hasn't leaked a single drop of oil on my pristine white garage floor in the many years I've owned it. I don't believe lies that the oil burns off or any other crap like that because that's what the oil light is for!!! I've never had an issue with the "Check Engine" light or any other dash indicator. It does prove your multi-point inspection is a bunch of garbage - you cant even detect an oil leak without ripping my car apart and ripping me off of thousands. This all left me in a position of spending a ton more money or get my car back with a new oil leak since I never had one. This is the hostage situation. Now I'm ready for the next person to ask me how I like my Acura. I'm keeping the bill in the glove compartment with a map of all the Lexus dealers in town. It's become a bit of a mission - you may have stole my money but the collateral damage of a ripped off customer will live on. In case it's not obvious, I will never be back. After years of insisting my car be serviced by Acura the only way you will see either of our Acura's is by driving by a competitors used car lot. BTW - I'm contemplating having another mechanic take the car apart to get the serial number off the oil pump you "installed". I hope for your sake the lot control number doesn't trace back to the manufacturing line otherwise that's the pump that came with the car. P.S. almost forgot to mention, took 20 minutes for them to find my car. Yes, they lost it! More
