Wait time was almost 2 hours for an oil change due to an error on how the service was entered when I arrived. Anthony discovered it and took care of it. Joseph in service helped us alot. He agreed to refund gas we were asked to put in a loaner car. We needed the loaner because the hitch we ordered with our new car was backordered.
