Everything about my experience was first class. This was my first time at your dealership's service department. My service advisor spoke with me about what I wanted done, explained the process, sho This was my first time at your dealership's service department. My service advisor spoke with me about what I wanted done, explained the process, showed me into the waiting room and kept me informed. When it was done, she went over the work slip with me. The work itself was done quickly and without any subsequent issues. The efficiency, friendliness, and courtesy of your employees met the very highest standards. I would certainly recommend the service department to anyone in need of service for their Acura. More

I live out of state and the dealership was a little choppy to deal with at first. They were nice and easy to close the deal but once the deal was complete they didn’t want to answer the phone or return choppy to deal with at first. They were nice and easy to close the deal but once the deal was complete they didn’t want to answer the phone or return my calls. Nor did they send me the title to complete the title transfer. It’s been two weeks and the Bluetooth isn’t working correctly and the car charger went out as well. Glad I got the warranty. Not too impressed w/ them. I expected more since I’ve never had an issue with them when it came to my old Acura. More
