Old school dealer from back in the day but still going strong. Interior had a 90s vibe which kind of made things fun. Had a good relationship with the salesperson. The customer service was professional and courteous. Because it was a safety related issue (air bag system) I was surprised to find it was free. I was given a new loaner car in the meantime. Break switch was done so poorly. My break lights were on all night after the work was done, what’s even worse is that my car kept slipping into neutral while driving after the break My break lights were on all night after the work was done, what’s even worse is that my car kept slipping into neutral while driving after the break light switch was replaced. Had to take it to a shop in Canada to get the break switch light replaced AGAIN. One of the break lights was out and Subaru didn’t even let me know. Unreal. More
