Sorry to hear you had a bad interaction over the phone upon inquiring oil change service. The Accelerated Service lane has been implemented to ensure flexibility in all of our clients’ schedules to come in for any qualifying express service with no appointment needed during regular business hours. 10:00AM-1:00PM tend to be peak hours where the wait may be longer, but we can let you know ahead of time what the current estimated wait time is to help you decide if you would like to come in at the particular time. We have since moved into our newly built Subaru facility as of March 2021. I do sincerely apologize the employee you spoke with did not inform you of any imperative information that would have been helpful to know before arriving. We did our very best to advertise the new Subaru facility through multiple means of communications prior to opening, and are continuously making updates to help visibility and accessibility to the new Subaru facility. I sincerely appreciate you sharing your feedback and we will take this into consideration to coach all of our employees about providing concise information. Take care and be well.

I really like that you can schedule your service and they are on time. They told me the service would take 45-60 minutes and it was completed and washed in 35 minutes. Very efficient More
