Appreciate the comfortable waiting room. However, getting someone to talk to me about what is recommended for a 150K mile check up and how much it costs was impossible until I brought my car in for an oil ch someone to talk to me about what is recommended for a 150K mile check up and how much it costs was impossible until I brought my car in for an oil change and was able to talk directly with Skylynn. She was very helpful, but the person I previously spoke with on the phone promised to email it to me and never did. So I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change, and requested the estimate re: 150K miles to be sent to me. Again, no answer. Disappointing because I wanted to avoid taking my car in twice. Many thanks to Skylynn for accommodating my car and all of its service needs on one trip. More
