The customer service experience was not to the normal high quality that I usually encounter. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:15 on 11/1/21 for diagnostics regarding a failed temperature sensor. At about 2:00 that afternoon, I still had not received a communication from customer service. I called and spent significant time on hold, trying to leave a call back number, etc. When I finally got in contact with Alex in customer service, he informed me that the car would have to be kept overnight because the part would not arrive until the next day. If I hadn't called, it is not clear that I would have ever gotten a call from CS. In any event, I should definitely have received a call earlier, especially since I needed to make other transportation arrangements. On 11/2, the part was installed to my satisfaction. More
