It was the first 6 month servicing on my leased Forester. I had called to schedule an appointment but was told I did not need an appointment, just come to the express door. I arrived at the express door and was brought in immediately. The service advisor, Jacob, was very pleasant and explained the procedure. I was impressed by how attractive and clean this area was. I went to the customer waiting area. Again I was impressed with how clean and attractive this area was with large windows and an abundance of natural light. There were complimentary beverages and snacks available during the wait. The service took about an hour. Jacob was very thorough with explaining what had been done to the vehicle. In summary, it was a pleasant experience and a significant upgrade from previous service experiences at other dealerships and service centers. More
