Anatoliy was great to work with and made the purchase experience great. The only issue I have had is the AcuraLink does not work to remote start my car. A month after the purchase I called to get it re experience great. The only issue I have had is the AcuraLink does not work to remote start my car. A month after the purchase I called to get it resolved and was transferred to 3 different people and then told a ticket was placed. No idea what to expect on timing as the person on the other end of the line was difficult to understand. More
