The work done was done well. However, I waited in the waiting room from 11:30 AM until close to 5:00 PM and was never contacted by anyone with a status update. I finally walked down and asked. Note: I don't know the names of anyone I worked with, so having this survey force me to rate at least one person by name is inappropriate.
