Not all dealerships are so friendly! There was 1 cashier was being trained, but we all have to learn. They were handling it great. We have had many many repairs done here over the years. I, as you read got my car back, it ran right for 4 or 5 days, then it sounded like the motor was falling out..again. We had just paid $2500.00 to replace catalytic converter, but that probably was not the real problem... thats the code that came up tho, so sure , you would think, fix that and it will be fine... NEW UPDATE: Jan 23rd. This has been a long story of a recall and we were told we could get another 100,000 miles after the recall work was done 5 years ago. ..till the same thing happened,... but it did last till150,000 miles total. After many thoughts and discussions we did come to an agreement.. Well, Honda itself is who was saying they would not replace the spark plugs etc, NOT Lute Riley Dealership. We talked with Alan and then Valter and we decided we would take the van home, not repaired. We had a great conversation.. We were just going to do it ourselves and sell it, we had put too much into it at the age of a 2012 Odyssey. We have loved that car tho!!! Its been through me totin 8 grandkids around! We got a call the next day from Valter, a very good and honest guy. He said, I have made a decision and we, Lute Riley, are replacing the spark plugs because "it is just the right thing to do". That was what we wanted to hear, because it came from being plain honest. We have done many cars and maintenance on cars there over the years, many years and this was the first problem. The customer service guys are always accommodating and through this we met several up line guys. Valter really had our best interest in mind, that was very, very appreciated. Honda cars do last forever....nearly. Thank you Valter for stepping up and making this happen . Lute Riley is a good dealership and they do make you feel at home and if you are a people person this definitely the place for you! More
Took my car in early this morning. It was going to take a-couple of hours to get it fixed. So they arranged a ride for to and from the dealer. How much easier can that get. You guys are awesome! Lute Riley’s service department is awesome! Great at keeping the customer informed. Even took me home & brought me back the next day when my truck had to stay over night. Hated having to spend almost $9 keeping the customer informed. Even took me home & brought me back the next day when my truck had to stay over night. Hated having to spend almost $900 on the truck right now, but life happens! Service guys gave me excellent advice about how to prevent rats from getting at my engine! Much appreciated! More
TD in service is a class act. A professional in every regard our service appointment went swimmingly. I wish the same could be said about the sales department.
