I went to Lute Riley Honda to get the car inspection. I was first in line and they told me it would take about 30 minutes for the inspection. They were much faster than that which was wonderful. Omri Wilson and Lute Riley Honda not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I unfortunately hit a curb and busted a front tire. My tires were far from needing replaced but too wore to just re expectations, they exceeded them. I unfortunately hit a curb and busted a front tire. My tires were far from needing replaced but too wore to just replace one tire on an AWD vehicle. I strongly considered only getting two tires, until I spoke with Omri. He offered me a price to replace all four tires that made it impossible to refuse. They mounted the new tires and even washed my car. I've always been a fan of getting my service at the dealer but didn't realize they were so competitive with local tire stores...Discount, Costco Walmart etc...I checked them All!!! I'll definitly ask for Omri in approx. 10,000 miles when I get my 80-90,000 mile next tune up and probably new brakes. I loved that he reminded me of that!!! More
