I have been impressed with Honda automobiles for the for the capability of high mileage vehicles with very little maintenance. That being said, when I went looking at a low mileage truck, I thought of a Honda Ridgeline. That when I was introduced to Mr. Luizzi. Mr. Luizzi presented me with the 2024 Honda Ridgeline, taking note of the discussion with me over what features and colors I wanted in a truck. Mr. Luizzi and I never discussed price, to his credit, no pressure to complete the sale until I was ready. I felt totally in control of the buying process. Mr. Luizzi gain my trust that first meeting. In my search for a low mileage truck, I searched online and visited 2 other dealerships. I was armed with preapproval at my bank at 6.5% interest rate, so I was free to discuss the cash price and not the monthly payments. In one of the other dealerships, I was put under tremendous pressure to sign a deal to a low milage truck by the salesmen, the finance officer and the manager of used vehicles of the dealership. I said that I wanted time to discuss this deal with my banker and look at some new trucks. The manager advised me not to buy a new truck, even his own make, because of the uncertainty of buying a lemon. I, needless to say, was shocked! After that harrowing experience, I texted Mr. Luizzi for a midmorning meeting on looking for a new truck at Lute Riley Honda. I picked out a truck that I wanted, then we went back to his desk to talk numbers. Mr. Luizzi made sure that I knew of Honda’s 3.9% interest rate for their new trucks. Mr. Luizzi then introduce the finance manager. The team at Lute Riley Honda made the experience of buying a new Ridgeline truck a pleasant experience. A Happy Customer, Steven J Park More
