Lute Riley set us up for a 10 o’clock appointment on a Saturday promising. The car would be ready in two hours. When we arrived there were a whole bunch of cars so we went home and waited and waited after Saturday promising. The car would be ready in two hours. When we arrived there were a whole bunch of cars so we went home and waited and waited after four hours. We went to the dealership and the car was ready, it looks to be in in great condition but they did not call us to let us know there was other things pending to do on the car so we were going to have to take it back. They do not communicate verbally, but rather by text and we were not aware that they do that and left the dealership with a lot more things pending to do on the car. More
I took in my 2015 Accord for service this morning early before taking an out of state road trip. I was pleased to see Michael, who has been my service advisor on numerous occasions at the Express center. I before taking an out of state road trip. I had an oil change and road check and had the transmission fluid changed— something he and i had talked about last time, but had to be deferred because of the restraints of my retired teacher’s budget. Michael is always gracious and I have come to trust his assessment about which matters are priorities at a given time and which can be watched. As amazing is that, having come in at 7, i was in and out in record time today. More
