Without knowing your name it will be hard for the dealership to correct the problem. Blind complaints are difficult to verify if it ever really happened. Its not a blind complaint. I gave specific details as to what happened. My name is Doug. My sales guy was Doyle. He was great. He didnt have much say, besides calling and leaving random voicemails as to letting me know if he can help. It is pretty simple, dont low ball a customer on a trade in. I was offered between 10.5 and 11.5 on my trade in and when it came to Lute Riley they were well below that. 9k to be exact Having bought a car that was the same except it had less miles and for a better price and trade in at Rusty Wallis, it just shows me to not return. In addition, the fact that Ken came up directly behind us while sitting there and said something to Doyle about how long we drove the car was unprofessional. Ken needs to learn some class and possibly some customer/sales training on how to interact with others. If it had not been for the car that I wanted being there, I would have gotten up and left. Overall, Lute Riley just happens to have cars that people like, I just hate the experience of driving up and being prayed upon like a piece of meat and then not valued as a returning customer.

Perception is a tough thing to overcome, but we hope you know we are in business to sell cars and not 'miss' car deals, so we would not intentionally give false numbers to lose a car deal. The numbers discussed were accurate however the salesman allowing you to over-hear the conversation waqs truely 'bad judgement'.
