This place has been hands down SO amazing! Being able to get a car was always a struggle for me, and I felt used everytime I left a car dealership. As soon as I talked to Will I felt very good about my decision with using this dealership. I drove 6 hours to work with these people who made sure I got what I WANTED! Justin was who helped us finalize the deal! He was so patient accommodating, and explained everything to us DETAIL FOR DETAIL. HORRIBLE customer service. Michael Chouteau, GM, flat out doesn’t care to help customers that buy new cars from Lute Riley. I’ve been waiting on a warranty claim repair update Michael Chouteau, GM, flat out doesn’t care to help customers that buy new cars from Lute Riley. I’ve been waiting on a warranty claim repair update for a new car I purchased six months ago and can’t seem to get a response from anyone in the service department or the GM of the dealership. Unprofessional and horrible business practices. Stay away from Lute Riley. Their awesome sales reps will do a great job with the purchase then you’ll quickly be disappointed if you need help with anything else!! More
