Purchased a new ‘21 Pilot here back in June. Salesperson and sales manager were both fair and straightforward, as was the F&I manager. Took the Pilot in for its first oil change yesterday and the process wa and sales manager were both fair and straightforward, as was the F&I manager. Simple process. Service Attendant met me at my car, told him what I needed, he noted that information & told me how much it would cost. I reviewed & approved. Later, he suggested another item, which I appr him what I needed, he noted that information & told me how much it would cost. I reviewed & approved.
