Great Car and Great Service. I bought my Optima at Lupient Kia 3 year ago and Have been extremely please with the service department. When I bought the car, I intended to have it I bought my Optima at Lupient Kia 3 year ago and Have been extremely please with the service department. When I bought the car, I intended to have it always dealer serviced from day one. The service dept is top notch. The price is always the same I would pay anywhere else except I get the trained experts working on my car instead of some fresh out of school kid. They do what is needed to be done and not try and push things I don't need done. I wouldn't dare bring my car anywhere else. More

The Customer Service was great! Everyone we came in contact was fantastic, they all had great attitudes, especially towards the end of the day when most people are struggling to get through and they al contact was fantastic, they all had great attitudes, especially towards the end of the day when most people are struggling to get through and they also helped to answer all of my questions. I have never been disappointed with the service. More
